@ArsenalGunners I think you might be underestimating Chelsea a bit. I would agree with you if this Chelsea was the same as it was during the beginning of the season. They've improved compared to then. Also, they WERE tested against Real Madrid in the group stage. Remember they played better than them in many lapses of the matches. They drew one and only lost the other one for not taking their chances and that mistake from Trapp against Nacho. What's more, PSG subjugated their league even more compared to last year. I think it was by 8 points last year? (Correct me if I'm wrong Ligue 1 fans) This year it was by 25 points?? That's just ridiculous.

This is where PSG start getting tested. I think they have too much for City but they should bring a solid game and if PSG are not careful, City can run over them.

I hate the Barca vs Aleti match up but it had to happen to keep the "giants" aligned for the semi's.

I would love to see Wolfsburg pull off the upset. Real have not been at their best in a bit but I think they have just enough to get through.

Bayern over Benfica. Holy cow that game against Juve. They will look to build on that momentum.

@Dynastyan98 If what you say is true then Real Madrid and Barcelona would face in an eventual final. If that happened, it would generate the most revenue and it would become the most watched final in the history of the CL by a mile. Personally, I think that the Champions League is "dangerously prepared" for a Bayern vs Barcelona final and that Real Madrid will face Barça in semis (IF they beat their opponents)

Well Bayern and Juve met at 1/8 final and I guess if they wanted to make the most followed teams still in competition considering How english teams are followed they should have drawn easier rivals wich wasnt the case. The actual formula of the competition still prevent from this sort of favouritism and its just luck atm. Last year Barca had City-Psg-Bayern on their Road to the final and its very possible that Madrid get lucky 2 years in a row...
Anyway teams that used to get pretty hard draw like City did' this year and there was 2/7 probability of having drawn Bayern/Barca for Madrid less than 30 % so avoiding them for 2 years doesnt look scandalous, anyway in quarters there is no easy draw Benfica or Wfl arent gifts teams still need to win those games.
But like Ruminigue said Bayern président, we just witnessed the finalist of last year being out while in some 1/8 finals we almost fell asleep, the later the big guns meet the best it is for me and I think for spectacle too.

@BlaugranaDude

I would personally prefer to not face Barcelona in the finals because we would get hammered. I'd rather have it that we lose to Bayern in the semis and then Bayern and Barca host the final.

I would say Barca has a little edge on Madrid, 60-40. Madrid has a little edge in Bayern 60-40. And Bayern-Barca looks like a 50-50 depending on the game circumstances. Many rulling out Atletico I dont think it will be that easy for Barca tho.

Athletico's defence is so good, it will be a more interesting tie than some think, especially if the first game is a 0-0.

Although after the spanking Barca gave my Real earlier in the season, I think they have more than a 60-40 edge. I would also say Bayern has an edge on everyone in the CL save Barca.

I'm not sure about Barca vs Atletico, but as a Real Madrid fan, I hope Atletico will win. To be honest, Real Madrid right now can't beat Barcelona.

To be honest, Real Madrid can't beat either of them ;)

Maybe not. This is why Champions League is really interesting to watch ;)

As a Real Madrid fan, I must concede that my team is not better than either Atletico or Barca. It's exactly why we lost to Atleti and Barca at the Bernabeu and also why we're below them both in the league table. Bayern are certainly better than us, and Juventus probably are too.

Same crap every year . What are the odds for this to happen ? With FIFA odds can be three years in the row same thing happening .
