Kinda happy I wanted this draw, not that it’s the easiest it’s not. But I just feel United is the perfect rival right now.
The winner is playing Liverpool in Semifinals...

Me too, i just wanted to avoid Liverpool, but the winner of utd-Barca will face them in semi.

United against Valencia proved that they struggle vs Spanish style of play, they struggle to control midlefield once they get outplayed technically. Very good sign for us. 2 comeback specialists battle lol

I'm happy with a draw aswell. Go big or go home. Feels good to be back playing in quater finals of CL versus teams like Barcelona. I believe that we can surprise everyone, just like we did against PSG.

As for other draws, only Tottenham vs City seems intresting. I admire what Ajax did versus RM but I dont think they will be able replicate it against Juve defense. Porto versus Liverpool seems one sided too. But, I hope I'm wrong!

@Sunflash @serans On the other hand, if United someone manage to beat Barca, nobody will be able to complain they didn't deserve to make it to the semi. :P And seriously, I still think its possible for United to get through, its still very unlikely but I think it can happen.

I hate that BS draw. I saw it coming... Man Utd got the win over us and our ”luck” in the draw with it.
So if PSG would have won they would once again get Barca(like always one of the absolute favorites earlier in the knock outs). Laugh all you want about money... But every time its either poor ref against us, harsh decisions, no luck, injuries, or especially difficult draws.

Weve had Chelsea at their peak, Liverpool on form, barca or real madrid almost every year, B Munich every now and then... and a bunch of strong teams like Napoli, Manchester City, Ajax etc

Why didnt barca get Man City or Juventus, and Ajax got like Porto...?!

Even if big teams ”fails” and ends 2nd in group stage, they always avoid other big teams during round of 16 and many times in the quarter final. Might be coincidences... but it surely leaves room for a lot of conspiracy theories.

You had 75% possession, more shots and more attempts, few players missing but almost full fit team, and 2-0 away advantage. Playing at home on the rainy day. Against half injured UNited. I feel that it is a good rivalry like the 1 with Bayern. Started in the 2008 Semi (Scholes), then they responded in the 2009, 2011 finals.

Barca not going to make same mistake as PSG. Not in this universe. They made it last year and have seen other giants do it this year. They’ve learnt their lesson. My bet is on them and Messi as mvp.
