I think you mean Rooney is a SS (Secondary Striker) not CF (Centre Forward) , anyway even though Rooney is a SS and Welbeck is becoming a winger, both of them can still play as a CF if by some chance both RVP and Hernandez get injured. So i don't really think Man Utd needs a striker unless they sell one of the ones they have already.
