Biggest problems in your team?

Hello guys, so today I'm asking you about your opinions. It's about team problems. Every team has few. There is virtually no team who hasn't got problem in tactics, lineup, coaching etc. You can write anything you think is problem for your club, and how would you solve it. Point is to create discussion between fans. I noticed there isn't much Bundesliga fans here and with that it's really hard to have decent discussion between fans.

My first call would be Lahm retiring next season. It will be super hard to replace him. Our only real backup on rightback position is Rafinha, who is also getting older. Kimmich's future is in midfield, not RB. However he is so versalite, he can be backup on literally every position. We brought Sebastian Rudy from Hoffenheim (usually defensive midfielder, but he players EVERYWHERE, CM, AM, LM, RM...), who is supposed to be our main RB if we don't get any main XI material. My wishes would be Sidibe, only thing I'm concerned about is his worse defensive ability (we saw that in City-Monaco). Hysaj would be tremendous replacement, too. Not completely sure about him because I saw him playing once or twice, but everyone says he is awesome and underrated. From other players, I wouldn't mind if Meunier, Semedo, Karsdorp, Weiser or Henrichs.

Youth development is also problem in Bayern. We really don't have exceptional talent in our youth academies, few decent U17 players. Benko and Dorsch are best academy players who got chance. I'm not sure will Ancelotti give money for buying Coman at end. Also the final decision is actually on Coman (I read that somewhere, quotated from Bild). Renato Sanches is big problem. He is underpeforming from what we expected. I already told it was risky move. He had average season in Benfica and not too shiny Euros. Ancelotti is known as coach who will put best tactical fits and experienced players, he won't risk with younger players just for giving them gametime. Only player he really trusts is Kimmich, when he was given chance he was fantastic. Especially in UCL. We also brought in Sule from Hoffenheim who will be beast in future, we need more of these transfers. Buy more players from Bundesliga.

I'd love to see Havertz (from Bayer) join us, but if we loan him out. He is 17 but he is fantastic, one of my fav young players in Bundesliga. He just needs experience so he doesn't waste his career. We should also think about possible Neuer replacement. No one can 100% say that Neuer will have career like Buffon in terms of staying on peak while getting older. My first choice would be either Leno or Horn but probably some worse young keepers would be more realistic. Casteels from Wolfsburg perhaps? Goretzka is really player I want the most. But I can't ask for everything. I think he'll stay long in Schalke. Two or three seasons. Gnabry has €4m release clause. I think about buying him. We don't have ST replacement for Lewandowski.

I wrote a lot because I want active discussion. Thnx for commenting.

Board, owner, manager and a few players. Afterwards we will need to see how it works out. By the way, Karsdorp is a beast.

nothing wrong with players, owner, manager...if anything those are positives. Our play style is dominant as well. The only problem I would say is the ease at which we play. It's to tranquil...we need a push or else Juve plays too laid back. Allegri usually gives them a team talk or bringing in dani alves and pjaca seems to do the trick. Really miss Morata, he used to give Juve that last little push at the end of games as a substitute.

i never understood the hype around renato sanches...he plays average at best...even at the euros. Don't get me started on andre gomes...........................................................................................................

Finishing the shitload amount of chances we create. We've drawn 7 games at Old Trafford this season, and in all 7 of those we created enough chances to win the game by 5 goals. The difference between 2nd position and 6th position is not great at the moment. So just to think that we would have been 2nd if we had converted some of our innumerable chances in a couple of these draws, is just disappointing.
I think top 4 is gone now this season, and if we want to be in the Champions League next season we have to win Europa.

With Umtiti's coming, our defence is considerably better, but there are still a lot of holes left to fill. Our midfield is also troublesome in some instances. Now with Enrique leaving, we need a new manager, which means new style of playing, etc. Can't really say much about MSN and the offence, they have been amazing from their start.

Issues:

1) Florentino Perez's philosophy has done more harm than good
2) Cristiano Ronaldo keeps Real Madrid as hostage when he's under performing.
3) The fan base is very toxic; instead of supporting the team when out-of-form, they boo.
4) While youth development has gotten better more recently, we're still miles away from our nearest competitor.

Solutions:

1) Elect new president for 2017-2021 this summer, we truly need a change in management.
2) Bench Ronaldo more often. Zidane has been doing this out of late and it really helps him and the team out tremendously.
3) This one is a little tough. There is hardly anything we can do about fan behavior, it is an individual effort, not a collective effort. I blame Florentino again for focusing on the business aspect rather than football. Good football equals good business, good business does not necessarily equal good football.
4) Give younger players more opportunity. Under Zidane, players like Casemiro and Asensio have been doing well. I'd like for that to continue and maybe even get much better than that

  1. Squad is very much the same every single game.
  2. Midfield is not the same as Xavi and Iniesta days. Rakitic is not the same as before although he's stepped it up a little last few games.
  3. Aging squad.
  4. No actual right-back
  5. La Masia is totally GONE.
  6. Ter Stegen is just not reliable. I want Bravo back. When it comes to goalkeepers old players are fine.
  7. Umtiti is not solid enough yet (I have lots of hope in him though) and Mascherano makes me shake even though he is great sometimes.
  8. Subs are not played enough so when they do get time, they always ready. Also, all the subs are young and inconsistent.
  9. Big players don't seem to want to come.
  10. Can't think of a tenth!

Aging core: Ronaldo, Ramos, and Modric all above the age of 30. Ronaldo on a visible decline, but refuses to admit it. He needs to take a step back for Asensio and Bale to take charge.

Defensive solidity: Our defense is often too shaky. We have great defenders, but need more defensive focus. Also an additional left-back would be nice since Coentrao isn't used at all for some reason.

New GK: Navas has been atrocious this season. I don't know why. He's never been booed or made to feel uncomfortable. He has just lost his focus this season. We need a solid GK since Casilla isn't good enough to be starting either.

Youth Development: We seem to be more keen on getting the newest, best youth from other academies rather than developing them through our own. I want another Morata or Raul. That would be very heart-warming to see.

Agree with @Madridista11 100%.
