Who is the best player in the PL this season?

David Silva.

David Silva is a good player, but he's not as good as the one's in this poll. Problem he has is he's got loads of games where he completely disappears, while in some he's brilliant. The thing with a player like him that I think is the reason you mention him here Dynastian is because he is the type of player that you dont notice too much when he isn't doing well.

He's not close to being the best player in the EPL if you watch all games. It's probably Ozil.

If you'd asked me this a year ago, I'd have said Aguero. If you asked me two years ago, I'd have said Hazard. I think Zlatan is probably better than both of them over that entire period, as well as this season.

David Silva is good, but he's not a world-beater. Hazard has been playing well, but I haven't forgotten last season - in addition to that I'd probably (fuck my life) have to nominate Diego Costa.

Costa and Kante should be on that list! Hazard's been brilliant, but I'd have to go with Sanchez! He's a true game changer!

Btw.. its never been harder to tell who the best player is atm.. Approaching midseason it is still a hard question to answer.

Based on this season alone, it's a tie between Sanchez and Hazard.

But when you consider Zlatan's age and the fact that everyone bashed him for only scoring against Ligue1 defenders, what he has done is phenomenal.

I would put Costa on that list instead of Hazard, but I'm still saying Sanchez.

Sanchez and Hazard behind him. Can't compare any other player in BPL to them.

Sanchez > Costa for me and it's not even about personality. Considering the fact that Alexis is 5'6"- 5'7" and Costa is a solid 6'2" I'd give the edge to the smaller guy. Not to mention Sanchez's game is more complete than Costa's.

yeah i think sanchez....hazard is very good some games and then not so good others...also sanchez doesnt lose his temper and make bad fouls like some of the other players mentioned do.....

Clinical finishing is what Arsenal is missing for years.

Diego Costa, he has been such an hard worker and a striker this year. Its no fluke that he is leader of scored goal this season as of now. He is also a lot more precise than most player named in that poll, clinical really. ;)

All player mentionned here in order in my opinion: Diego Costa, Sanchez, Hazard, Kante, Coutinho, Zlatan (if only because he didn't miss 7 game because of discipline this year) and Aguero in last. Chelsea really have been so good since the beggining of the season. :O

I have no idea how Diego costa is not on that list being the top goal scorer.
