no doubt about it and everyone knows it's Sir Alex Ferguson. 26 Years managing one club, rotating & managing new squads during all these years and yet still winning trophies. 37 trophies in 26 years to be exact. 

At the moment it's Jürgen Klopp for me, he has done some fantastic work at Dortmund.

It depends if you're asking about the ALL TIME BEST MANAGER or AT THE MOMENT.
For me, the best of all time has to be Fergie...I'd be lying if I say it's someone else.
At the moment I think it's Klopp/Mourinho & Vicente del Bosque

even i don't like him i must say Mourinho cause 
FC Porto:Champions League, UEFA cup, league tittle 2 times, Portugal cup
FC Chelsea:league tittle 2 times, FA cup, FA Community Shield
Inter Milan:Champions League, league tittle 2 times, Italy supercup
Real Madrid:league tittle and Copa del Rey
