Shouldn't leave, but oh well/
Good time to cash in on him. He's not getting any younger, and Arsenal need a new long-term option at RB.
I wish PSG were interested in Gallas. :p
Yes we will miss Sagna one of our most consistent players, but gotta say he's getting old now and we have a bright future talent replacement for Sagna Carl Jenkinson. He has played well replacing Sagna when he was injured or missing.
He's often injured, I mean an injured player leaving the club, not a big loss, even though he played for long.
GOOD RIDDANCE! He was a great, motivated player in years past, but I don't know what his problem is: just wandering around all the time, content to just cross the ball (out of play), and the Man U is the perfect summation of his performance. Idiotic penalty, yellow card, almost red-carded (plus another yellow), accidentally kicking the ball out of play when not necessary--gave a corner away. The icing on the cake was when the ball was kicked out of play but didn't actually reach the line, just the very corner; this DEFENDER didn't even notice, and RVP ran up to kick it in goal. We might've gotten 3 but, only got 1. Thanks, Sagna; don't let the door hit you on the way out.
French big-spenders Paris Saint-Germain are keeping tabs on Arsenal right-back Bacary Sagna. The French defender may leave the Gunners in the summer and Arsene Wenger is already looking for replacements.
The experienced defender has had a injury-filled season and has returned in the starting line-up against Reading after four games.
Sagna has 12 months left on his contract and talks to extend it have been stalled.
PSG are prepared to launch a bid worth £8million for the 30-year-old. Should Sagna leave, Wenger is expected to go for £5m rated Sochaux right-back Sebastien Corchia. The 22-year-old Frenchman has expressed his desire to play in the Premier League and is on Wenger’s wanted list.
Sagna has been an Arsenal player since 2007 and has made more than 150 appearances for the Gunners.
