Off topic.
Just curious if any of you are/were avid gamers or if there is any game in particular that you all play or enjoy?

I bring this up because I am a huge Legend of Zelda fan. In all honesty, this series contributed immensely to my childhood and I still find it fascinating to this day.

If any of you all want to talk Zelda, I'm all ears. If not, feel free to contribute to this thread in anyway you see fit.

i played Zelda on SNES, never beat it.
Play Fifa 13, Killzone 2, Batman etc.

I love videogames and Football, therefore my happiest memories were forged while playing FIFA :)

I also enjoy Zelda but I havnt played it in a while. Its irritating to me how none of the games seem to be conected or remotely related to the others, no prequels or sequels.

Nintendo: Pokemon and Zelda are my all time favourites.
Sony and others: GoW, Assasins Creed, FIFA, Skyrim, and most recently Minecraft.

The only thing I am playing right now is FIFA 14 on PC and sometimes Minecraft, but I used to play Skyrim and Counter Strike 1.6

I have tons of games , but only Four I play constantly when I want to relax from work or any human interaction : FIFA PS3 , Formula One video games PS3 , PC Counter Strike Source , and Total War PC Series . I also love third person action - adventure games like God Of War and Assassin's Creed .

I never played Zelda first time ever heard it .

Still playing on fifa 13. I usually skip a year of fifa because it takes me more than a year to get to the end of my carreer games. Right now my goal is a to win the CL with Exeter City, a league 2 club. I was promoted to the championship 2 days ago.

And I play league of legends. A lot.

@Tuanis, a Hyrule Historia has been released actually, canonically connecting all of the games. It's pretty interesting and you should look into it if the Zelda series interests you. The most recent release, Skyward Sword, is supposedly the very beginning of the entire Zelda saga. All other games proceed from Skyward Sword and there are various timelines that branch out to different titles, depending on the events that occur.

@KingHenry, man I'm still on FIFA 13 too. The career mode is fun but sometimes I feel like it is absolutely rigged. That's quite the goal. I tried the same thing with a second tier Spanish side but I gave up fairly quick.

Zelda was probably the first game I ever played. The legend of Zelda was a great game. Super Mario Bros was really addictive too. Legendary Nintendo games. Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega mega was one of my favourites. Street fighter 1-2, so many battles with my cousins. Mortal Kombat 1-3. DOOM for PC. Quake 3 was fantastic! God of War 1-2. GTA Vice City and 4. I played a lot of Pes too.

Streets of Rage, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Spyro the Dragon, Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper, CrossFire, Call of Duty, Counter Strike, Grand Theft Auto, Batman, Hitman, Need For Speed: Underground, Mario, Minecraft, Last of Us, Spider-Man, Assassins Creed, FIFA and I'm sure there's more but I'm tired of typing, lol.

I play League of Legends a lot. Played a lot of Mario, FIFA, Halo, GTA, and Assassin's Creed growing up.

Far Cry 3, PES 2014!!, BF4, MW3, Gran Turismo and the hugely underrated old classic Age of Mythology,

I used to play all types of video games but now I just play FIFA. That's the only reason I still play.

But putting that aside, how many people here played Red Dead Redemption? No one ever brings it up now and I guess that makes some sense since it was released 4 years ago, but it was a "game of the decade" contender (and I think it still won that award in a lot of video game sites). That game was amazing. The graphics, story, characters, OST, gameplay, multiplayer. Literally everything.

WWE video game series (not intrested in the actual wwe) , GTA series (no not just 5, all of them)

Minecraft , and Read Dead Redemption. Those are the games i play most ATM and are all among my favourites.

I liked Runescape back in the day, but its fairly boring to me now, I have started playing the old 2006 version again, just alittle nostalgia trip though, probably wont play it too long.

I know about it and Ive read everything related to that but it seems like they were trying too hard to fit them all into the same universe/reality. Its like putting all pixar movies into one universe and organising them chronologically with very few sense.

lolz I was kidding about my game, I used be in a big clan for Starcraft (I), and CS1.6. I have played PES most of my life (till PES13), now I play both Fifa 14 and PES 13. :) GTA, Ipad's games, Assassin Creed sometimes
