We need you guys, some folks are doing for this forum like it was theirs, i feel i will change from bad to worst if the situation continue like this.
Tuanis alone cant manage all that he needs help, and you need to come back and make some order in this place.

Edit : I have no problems with Tuanis, a good member and mod imo, but this is getting bigger for 1 person.

Jesus.... I know these days have been hard, the forum is going out of control but people dont realize being a mod (and a regular member at the same time) is kinda hard. Anything I do regarding moderating there is always someone who complains... I need everyone's help to get this forum back in track. I try to be a little more liberal with off-topic arguments and discussions but lately it has gone out of hands.
I agree a new mod should help the forum but that's not going to solve everything.

Ill do my best to try get this Forum clean, no on going nonsense discussions and no more trolling from user who dont contribute anything positive to the forum. Again, I need your help, my user-wall is right there for all your complains which Ill be more than happy to read and reply.

The problem Tuanis is there is many internal issues, How about ignoring every out of topic in a thread ? And making a special thread each 15 days to discuss about internal users problem so all the negative points and nerves could be evacuated.

For me it is simple, i cant stand the arrogant buthurt Lodzy actually, he describe as the problem of the website while i believe im his biggest problem only him, every jump on me i smell personnal attack on ideas or in person, so yes i cant take now even a joke comming from him, i will try to ignore him for a while and see if time can rebuild something, i have no respect for him so i will take some distance with him until things get in place.

What else to say, there was many drama lately and im taking part of the responsability, im not proud of it but i was silent on the first attacks and it was just gettiing more and more regular, until this multi accounting accusations by a no-brain supposedly mature guy.

Maybe tuanis you are very nice to bring authority, but i would prefer hearing a remark from a mod, nice, mature and respected by all for his view and behaviour than from this arrogant PL fan boy who do in his days more than i could do, getting in trouble with more than 5 users in less than a week and claiming to be FR thinking police...

For me, i think a system of warning should be created and applied by mods, posting a warning in users wall while crossing discussions line, and applying a 3 days/ week ban at 3 warnings, 2 weeks ban after each warning (4th,5th...)
This warning should be applied no matter how nice is the user, i believe you can have this authority here, and i think most of us will respect it comming from a mod and a nice guy who never caused anything dramatic here.

Some trolls here try to have this authority, by they dont have the necessary respect to apply it, knowing that their trolling level is as high as people they accuse, its complicated to take a remark from an arrogant count who do just the same.

I believe a refree should be applied, and i think the best choice for this mission could be you or someone respected by all...

Those seem objective and nice, i may forget others but those names are 100 percent sure and wouldnt use this power for personnal reasons, they are never involved in a argumentation.
The 5 above, i have never seen him trolling someone so i believe one of the 5 would be just fine for me.

Can you guarantee us that you will focus on your people as well though? Seriously, the agricultural reigons need some refurbishments and the tax rate needs to be cut down to 8% considering the state of our economy. What about the recent power cuts? Has the educational system been updated yet, or do you plan on keeping it primitive? Sure the military cut is a step in the right direction, but I believe announcing neutrality keeps us under the radar from the enemy. And lets forget about a million users... Over population is already an issue.

47% of the Footyroom community also lives off of the mods.. thats something we need to change!

@Novaruk That sounds bit gloryhunting, dont you think so? RM vs Barca is more than football it has a big history behind it. You just cant support both of them that would be ridiculous.

A new mod will not be added unless FR decides to do so. Ill try to get in contact with FR administrators to talk about this possibility.

But still, rules are the rules which are not very clear atm and haven't been changed since forever, so as long as those rules remain the same there is a limit of what a mod can/should do. But thats another topic...

btw... thanks for the support, Im trying to do my best here but the hardest part is to be a regular user and at the same time try to be fair with everyone as a mod :l

No. I'm not a glory hunter. I don't support team based on their history and achievement. I like how they played their style of football like Tiki Taka in Barca, the counter-attacking in Real Madrid and it just so happened that I like both of them. Did I forgot to mention that I am also a fan of Atletico Madrid.

TBH i prefer a moderator that doesn't hate any team or any person on the browser

@rayrex7 1+ I dont want a moderator like Alex Batak who bans everyone who talks against ''his'' club Chelsea. He banned me for 4 weeks and 2 days, because i said that Atletico will destroy Chelsea in the semi-final.
