Wow I never new that. So this means that they never have the same matchday unless they play against eachother. Sorry milan fans but that kinda sucks.
They share.
No wonder quality of the grass is bad . Two games in the space of 48 hours . Sometimes even 4 games in one week ....
This happens with other Italian clubs as well... Lazio and Roma share the Estadio Olimpico
It is officially name Estadio Giuseppe Meazza, in honor of the legendary Italian player. In modern times, it is called San Siro.
@ Dyna - Meazza is a an Inter and Italian WC legend. He played 13 seasons with Inter scoring 241 goals. He also won the 1934 and 1938 world cup. The Giuseppe Meazza stadium was originally called Nuovo Stadio Calcistico San Siro. The stadium is built in the San Siro district. The stadium was renamed to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in 1980 in his honour. Inter fans call it Giuseppe Meazza and Milan fans call it San Siro. Each set of fans have their own curve of the stadium. Inter have Curva Nord and Milan have Curva Sud. The ultra fans use banners to mock each other during derbies. This is much better than actual violence against each other because Inter and Milan fans can also be family members.

in the past Juventus and Torino shared the Olimpic Stadium of Turin too. then Juve build their own. i hope also ACM, Inter FC and the other Serie A teams will build their own stadiums, it would solve the "empty stadiums" problem and streghten clubs financial income.
Too bad this great stadium is going empty. Even at home both teams struggle to win.
Genoa and Sampdoria, Lazio and Roma, AC and Inter Milan, Chievo and Hellas Verona and even Juventus and Torino a few years back before Juve got there stadium.
If it wasn't for the mafia or the stupid Berlusconi, Milan would have won every single competition I guess.
@shpalman That's right, man.. Curva is a big part of European football.. not sure about other continents.
I think Inter will get a new stadium, Thohir is talking about this.
