Considering the quality Harzad brings to a game the Goals,Dribbles,skills,assists,speed if he was in Barca or Real we would probably say he is better than Neymar if he is already not. And taking nothing from Chelsea i love this team but i think Harzad would be be even greater with More class around him. Hazard has the talent to be the best be he is not, not even close.

Neymar is miles over Hazard. Neymar plays every match at his best and every season he played was sublime. Same as Bale. Hazard isn't in La Liga class. Would never change Neymar for him.

Hazard has to step up his game to even compare them. 2 yers ago? For sure. Now? Not really.. and "la liga" class? hahahaha good one. Hazard would undoubtely be a fit and probably become even better of a player if he was playing in let's say Real.

"If" doesn't work because its not existing, you could say that if Pato wouldn't have had his injury and played in Barca, he might have ended up as one of the world best player but it doesn't serve a thing to say that now, cause the reality is that he play for Villareal and doesn't score that many goal despite being okay. Likewise, saying Hazard could be top quality in la liga doesn't really make much difference cause there is no way to know if that is true since that is not what is happening. He is currently playing for Chelsea, finding his form back. Myself, I'm happy for him and wish him the best for the future but right now, he is not one of the top 5 player in the BPL this season, let alone one of the top 4 overall.

Messi only scored 26. Ronaldo scored 35, and Suarez scored 40. By your logic, Kane, Aguero, and Vardy are better goalscorers than all three, Lukaku is a better goalscorer than Ronaldo and Messi, while all the EPL players I've mentioned so far with the inclusion of Sanchez are better goalscorers than Messi.

First once you have a midlefied that feeds you consistently, there is no league excuse. Best CL scorer is not from PL mister hard league and while Ronaldo/Messi reaches 15 goals consistently, Suarez 10, Griezmann Neymar and Benz are all better or equal to top PL scorer in CL. Aguero if I remember didn't checked. At the end you need consistency and a monster midlefield to score many...
Hazard potential is huge, but there is no excuse about a whole year bad form not even the league, he is not getting 100% of his potential and also not helped by his team to be under the spotlight.
Zlatan scored 16 in la liga, Costa 24, Aguero has never reached 20 goals nor Bale.
If you move Madrid to PL Cr7 would still get his 30, just like Suarez and co.

@Chelsea8 To be fair, I agree with you to a certain extend. But I feel its a bit more complex than that, la liga have a very different style of play and many player that thrive in the BPL might have a hard time to suceed in la liga and the inverse is even more true in my opinion. Its hard to compare really in my opinion for it is not the same.

I spoke about goal scorers, to compare with leagues : lets take CL top scorer Ronaldo 16 goals in 13 games, 35 goals in 38 games in the league. Aguero with 2 goals in 12 games Of CL and 24 goals in 38 games in the league, I have no idea on which is the top scorer of PL in CL last year. Clearly just to say that stats of all players is deserved, if They were scoring like 4 or 5 goals I would have a different view but they are averaging a goal per game ratio in CL as well.
Btw last teams that defeated Barca were all Spanish, I don't think it's about league level that's all I wanted to point.
Best scorer in EL Aduriz has also a better goals/games ratio In EL than la liga.
I don't pretend that a team like Gijon could be amazing in CL, I never said so emo.
