Plus (+) factor for Arsenal winning the EPL trophy this season: Cesc Fabregas will leave for Barcelona ideally with the coverted EPL trophy piping MU & Chelsea. With the EPL trophy he will be worth at least BSP 50m. RVP, Nasri & Arshavin re all in the same direction...... Come Apr 2 Arsenal will close the gap with MU & let Chelsea chase for more...MU will carry the 1 draw & 2 defeats to Upton park for yet another draw (may eve nbe worst) and Chelsea cannot find the worst time of meeting Stoke at their rugby stadium ahead of Apr 6 clash with MU. 4 CHEER for the Gunners!

I must hve thought that Hernandez at BSP 10m is cheap. We ve forgotten the opportunity cost and MU now ve 3 strikers in Rooney, Berbatov & Hernandez. If MU come back to the more effective 4-3-3 formation with Nani & Valencia at wing the preferred Striker will be Rooney and MU effectively throw away 40m BSP for signing Berbatov & Hernandez combined. The true lesson is that u optimize yr spending for the optimum result. If Arsenal want to win more trophies the Board & Wenger do have the financial arms to buy the experienced & quality players to achieve the goal. But in economic sense it is too costly and true lesson will then be learnt. Trust me Arsenal can win this season's EPL trophy and I really fancy their chance.

Arsenal’s fixtures in the month of Apr: Apr 2(h) vs Blackburn Rovers Apr 10(a) vs Blackpool Apr 17(h) vs Liverpool Apr 20(a) vs Spurs Apr 24(a) vs Bolton We will continue yr EPL journey from Apr 2 after a 2-week break and theoretically we should collect these three points without much difficulty playing at home. We then ve 8 days to prepare for the away match at Blackpool and we shouldn't fail in getting another three points watching MU & Chelsea drop points with their tight schedules during the period. We will play Liverpool at home with a week of preparation and we should have the edge. Before hosting MU for the title decider we will go into the toughest test and we ve two tough away matches in a week - Spurs & Bolton. Luckily Spurs re also in tight schedule and probably a spent force when they host Arsenal. WE ve very good chance to win this season's EPL!

Against WBA we conceded the 1st goal for poor defending. The defenders did get themselves in their respective position but failed to read the movement of the game. Ramsey failed to pick up the WBA guy and allowed him to head in their 1st goal. 2nd goal conceded was completely Almunia's fault and Squillaci wasn't to blame. WE need to have a leader in defence and get thing organised and we ve two weeks to do so. The defenders ve to get that understanding with the gk and I suppose we can improve in this perspective when the EPL resumes on Apr 2. The 2nd goals conceded was not Denilson's fault and if we die die must ve a DM I suppose Denilson will still play and it is up to Wenger to get the best out of this underperformed guy. Ramsey should be preferred to Diaby & Rosicky and I believe he can reinforce the frontline with his energetic run down the middle but he need to improve his reflex and shooting skill. We shall take the advantage of the ten days when the play resume: On Apr 2- MU play West Ham away and Chelsea visit Stoke whereas Arsenal will host BB Rovers at Emirates. MU & Chelsea wanted the UCL trophy badly and their tie at SB on Apr 6 will be more of their concern than the EPL tie and I expect them to drop points on Apr 2 and Arsenal shall take the 3 points when the opportunity to winning the EPL again presented. On Apr 9 & 10 - Arsenal will play Blackpool away and they re not allowed to mess it again and on paper they should garner these three points and probably overtake MU as the league leader. MU ve a home match against Fulham & Chelsea against Wigan but that will be just 3 days after Chelsea-MU UCL 1st leg fixture and I believe they will both drop points again. If Arsenal don't mess thing again they shall be in a very comfortable EPL position after Apr 10. 3 CHEER for the GUNNERS!

cos your crap thats why !! ha we 5 points clear now !

I hope MU can get a point at West Ham but I am certainly not optimistic. MU will drop 2 points for sure and probably 3 points. With Chelsea game away 4 days after tie with WH MU will opt to give up the 3 points. Still it may not be sufficient and Chelsea will defeat them again at SB. After Apr 6 MU re close to only 1 cup. Trust me.....

MU’s fixtures in the month of Apr: 2 Apr(a) vs West Ham - EPL 6 Apr(a) vs Chelsea - UCL 9 Apr(h) vs Fulham - EPL 12 Apr(h) vs Chelsea - UCL 16 Apr(n) vs MC - FAC 19 Apr(a) vs Newcastle - EPL 23 Apr(h) vs Everton - EPL U must ve thought 5 points re 50 points? play a match in every 4 days!

Hey Kevin, as we now go into the 2 week break is there any chance, and I mean ANY CHANCE AT ALL, that we can all have a 2 week break from you !?!?!?? .. What will you do with yourself ? You always seem to base your argument around Man U losing their next game, that's bound to happen soon Nostradamus !. The fact is we can lift the Prem if we win EVERY game from now till May, that's what we should be concentrating on, not everyone else !. But the FACT is the Gunners have won only ONCE at WHL in 6 years and we haven't beaten United in 3 seasons !, something we need to rectify if we're going anywhere, frankly I'm more worried about Chelsea catching us !!!

MU ve the weakiest team this season. Chelsea re in the midst of restructuring. We ve a stronger team this season. Three of us re in the race atm but we ve only 1 cup vs Chelsea 2 cups & MU 3 cups SO we ve the edge in EPL. We will play MU on May 1 at Emirates Stadium but before that MU-Chelsea UCL ties will kill their chance plus other EPL teams will to cherish their chance of beating these two big guns. Of course, we need to address ur problems and cannot mess up anymore. Fabregas will soon be back and if Song can return early we will call the shot.

Before meeting MU at home we ve two other hurdles to clear: Spurs away and Liverpool at home. If we don't continue yr self destruction act we should be able to make up the 5 points deficit and go on to win the EPL. We re lucky that Spurs re involved in UCL & face a formidable RM and we will host Liverpool whose away record isn't impressive. Our key players re on the way of recovery and I am sure we will make it!

Jackson, Only one team can win the EPL and atm MU re in front but Arsenal IMHO will call the shot and Chelsea ve come near but their boss set the sight on UCL. MU ve the weakiest team this season though I wish they can beat Chelsea to go to the UCL semi-final I ve to be pragmatic in that Chelsea ve the edge over them. MC re out of Euro so they will focus on league as well as FAC and MU re caught with tight schedule & heavy injuries and IMHO in a real precarious position too. Wenger's Economics degree ve done enough to make Arsenal a healthy club and he is currently attending a crash course of Psychology and his gk & defence predicament will be addressed and I really fancy Gunners chance of winning EPL this season.

Finally we ve a 2-week break! We re 5 points behind leaders MU albeit a game in hand. If we beat Spurs away in the deferred EPL tie we would be 2 points behind MU and a draw would see us go further behind by 4 points. We will play Spurs at White Hard Lane on Apr 20 which is 3 days after ur home match against Liverpool (Apr 17). Spurs re involved in UCL q-finals and they ve their matchs on Apr 5 & 13. We ve Liverpool match before visiting White Hart Lane we enjoy no advantage over Spurs. SO it is a 50-50 game. We have 5 crucial matches to bring us back to the same footing of MU in the month of April and we really have to cherish the opportunity we now have to mounting a challege in the EPL title race. Fixtures in the month of Apr: Apr 2(h) vs Blackburn Rovers - MUST WIN and shall achieve and +3 pts; Apr 10(a) vs Blackpool - MUST WIN and ur away record suggest we can have +3 pts; Apr 17(h) vs Liverpool - MUST WIN and we ve registered a convincing win over Champions Chelsea So we ve the edge and highly likely +3 pts; Apr 20(a) vs Spurs - MUST WIN. Spurs may have re-scheuled matches btw the two legs of UCL or btw the 2nd leg of UCL & Arsenal SO Arsenal may benefit from it if it does come true. Apr 24(a) vs Bolton - MUST WIN. Bolton will focus on Apr 16/17 FA cup semi-final against Stoke SO Arsenal may again benefit from it. Nevertheless, we ve to see that if we ve the depth and strength to get the perfect score: (In goal) we ve to live with the only gk ALMUNIA and we don't hope 41 yr old Lehman to save us. We hope ALMUNIA doesn't disappoint us. (In defence) Sagna & Clichy re always caught by opponent's counter-attack and hope they can improve. Djourou-Koscienly CB pair re far from ideal but in the absence of Djourou we found Squillaci was even wrost. We shall stick to Clichy as Gibbs has proven that he is not ready for tough rivals such as MU & Spurs. We may consider to use Eboue if Sagna continue to play poorly. (In midfield) No Song & No Fabregas. If Denilson tasekd as a DM is a liability to the Gunners no harm trying out a CM instead and bring in Ramsey and take out Denilson. We ve Wilshere in the middle and move AA down to take Fabregas playmaker role. (In attack front) No Walcott but we ve enought fire power. Nasri, RVP, Chamakh/Bendtner in attack and we will never stop scoring. HOPE SO......

OK, I know this sounds kinda weird coming from a Chelsea fan but I think that Arsenal may be just having some small problems at the back but they still are a MAGNIFICENT team.
