the ramos handball should have been a penalty no doubt. If your arm is outside th body upon contact its a handball, unline alonso's i hope it hit the foot and would have been hard to move the arm. All this time I thought the so called penalty that Betis was denied was stone wall...That was inconclusive. He stuck his arm out but it oould have hit his leg as well.. The ref cant make a penalty call in a situation like that.
