Aw I thought this dough was easy to work with too, lol! Make sure you use lots of flour when rlnoilg it out so it's not sticky, and after you wet the edges with water dry your fingers, I found that sticky fingers made the dough stick and break. I made them again last night but rushed them a bit and had more then a couple with tears in them. I just covered the holes with left over dough though. It doesn't matter how they look, they still tasted good, lol!
