Sir Alex did punish Cantona.... Sir Alex punishes everybody no matter how good they are.. proof? he just punished Rooney for going on a night out .. kicked becks, Teves, Nistelrooy and a lot of others... Stop talking nonsense

U get the wrong picture here. Cantona and suarez situation is different one to another. Eric Cantona reacted to a fan who 'apparently' said something about hoping Cantona get cancer and he reacted in an unprofessional manner and was rightly suspended. Suarez reacted to Evra and himself having an on field dispute with a racist comment and was rightly suspended. Physical abuse and racial abuse are as equally wrong as one another, they are both horrible and disgusting. It would be justified then, that they both received the same punishment. Most players after series like this, Rio Ferdinand after the drugs test, Cantona after the attack, come back and try to keep a low profile off of the pitch and a high profile on the pitch so they can show their regrets and show to everyone watching that they want to play this game. But it is not happened to suarez after the suspended. He show no regret,no respect for his opposition, no respect for his club for act like that. Everyone will love him more if he let his head down.He is a good footballer to watch afterall.

You know times are tough when Steve McClaren turns you down. And the really hard thing to swllaow is that he has made a sensible decision. Not sure I understand the logic of McLeish leaving Birmingham though, especially as they have the sort of team of big no nonsense defenders who are much more likely to come straight back up. Plus it means they can get rid of Hleb (so good he's unpronounceable) who surely won't want to drop to the Championship.Actually times are tough when the Porno Pair own your club. Sorry.

Wow Sir alex ferguson called suarez a 'disgrace'. Why did he so conveniently forget about Man united players like cantona kung fu kicking a fan and players like keane with such terrible behaviour. Man united fans know this? Bet not, gloryhunters.
