So sad for Arsenal. Anyone who watched this match can say that Arsenal were the better team and it's sad because the youngsters gave their heart and soul! ManCity weren't playing their usual game and they didn't really convince. It was that one good counter attack in the end which was impressive. Otherwise I think Arsenal need a good 2nd forward. Park and Chamakh are honestly not good enough.

Well I can say that I am rightfully proud of our youngsters and our team. Sadly we lost. Our defence and counter attacking were well above the criticised level. Well done Arsenal despite the defeat! Credit to Coquelin, Miquel, and especially Chamberlain! And ManCity’s young keeper was great too.

I think Robin Van Persie is going to Bayern Munich next year... He has not replied back for extension of his contract and it looks like Bayern is very willing to bring him to Bundesliga.

If this is what our youngsters can do against such a strong man city side, then man city has no idea what they are about to get hit by when we face each other in the premier league.

Allso lets not forget that Van Der Vaart controlled the ball with his arm before scoring which was a clear handball, allso he ran into the fans which he could of been sent off for having allready been on a yellow card.

SuperRobinVanPersie - we had a stack full of chances against you in that game, you were lucky you only lost 2-1 to be honest. Spurs were well on top in that match.

We really doing this argument again? Why dont we comment about this awesome game between ARSENAL and MAN CITY?
0
Jack 15 years ago
An Arsenal reserve team is unlucky to beat a full starting line-up of City players and they still say City are better? . Anyway, congratulations to the whole Arsenal team, you deserved a win. If not for the City goalkeeper we would have won.
