But if I could rewind, I'd probably decline the invitation as well. Like you, I thought the girl wasn't attractive and I had no absolutely no future with, but in the end, I decided I wanted to get rid of the v-card so I went ahead with it. It wasn't just that it wasn't any fun, as there was absolutely no sexual attraction whatsoever, it was also that I was painfully sober at the time (bad idea if you're not attracted to the woman), and to top it off I had an std scare after that (using a condom = good idea). It was bad enough that I avoided women completely for about a year after that, as I kept haivng bad memories about what my next time would be like. Anyways the next time wasn't as bad, but I do regret haivng my first time with a woman i didn't want to have sex with, but did anyways just to get rid of the virgin moniker. It's up to you man, but if you are going to, at least wear a condom.
