Lmao it's so stupid to bring on a player just to take a penalty. He hadn't even touched the ball yet, no wonder he missed! We've seen this happen so many times before

I Think Manchester United team is not strong enough to win the premier league even with CR7

Cr7 shouldve got a penalty between the 70-80th minute. They may have thought cr7 ran into the path of the defender clearly stuck his leg out and missed

Cr7 shpildve got a penalty between the 70-80th minute. They may have though cr7 ran into the path of the defender but that was not the case.

Sorry but Varane is just a plain normal defender. Nothing special. I would all day long pick Gomez, Matip all day long. The only good signing since Fergie left if Fernandes. The guys is very very good

Fred and McGuire make a simple pass look difficult. Awful passing but consistent 🤣

They did great! It was a clear penalty the ball hit the hand. Stop whining and be happy for 3pts as De Gea saved you.

He was too close and that zouma tackle was more of a penalty

Clear penalty. Unintentional or not, his arm is way too far from his body. There's a reason why some defenders like Ramos put their arms behind their back while blocking shots/crosses. If you're referring to those penalty calls on Ronaldo, those were not clear fouls, he tried to initiate contact but the West Ham defenders weren't falling for it

No way Zoumas tackle was even more of a penalty. Ronaldo fell way too easily for ref to do detective work on eventual contact.

That handball on the other hand was as clear as the sun a cloudless day.

When you slide and don't get the ball it's a foul.

I don't think anyone can seriously argue against the handball penalty, but that was definitely a penalty on foul on Ronaldo as well, I'm shocked VAR waved it away so quickly

Honestly it could also be that CR7 seemed like he was on a mission of getting a penalty. During a period of time he was whining so much. And the ref felt like he wasnt having any of it and suspected dives. Especially when the penalty is not obvious.
Still to me it was far from obvious and I’ve seen it so many times. A player falling in a way so that a contact occurs, making the contact an excuse for penalty. But thats just my opinion.
