Thought their wheels completely fell off after the injuries and that shocking run of losses at Anfield, but Liverpool showed immense strength to claw their way up to 3rd. With a few key additions this summer + Virgil and others getting healthy, they could return to challenging Man City for supremacy in England.

Man Utd has other needs in the transfer market. “Goals for” wasn’t a problem in the PL or their Champions League group this year. Wouldn’t put it past Woodward to focus on a glamour signing that doesn’t directly address a need though.
