except for city no other team has shown the class and the brutality of winin the PL.. of course there have been times when theyve been inconsistent but thats only coz they have a lot of key players missing!
Liverpool are far from their title winning ruthlessness and more importantly consistency! actually ever since the lockdown and no crowd involvement they havent been at their very best like they used to be.. but the other teams in the league have been way more incosistent and thats why despite all the probs, liverpool stil sit on top of the league.. or is it just the demandin nature of this tough resilient league
Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl: "I've never taken points against Jurgen so far, I think I started believing we could do it in the 92nd minute, not earlier. You never know, they are so strong in front, and you always think something can happen.
"The way we defended today was amazing, I think the effort the guys put in, everybody, was the key of winning. The mentality was maybe even better than against most of the teams.
"It's a perfect start to 2021. No one expected to take points against them today, we have 29, we're on our way and let's keep on going. It was an important step forward."
The referees are absolute jokes in the EPL.
Yes we played badly, yes we always made the wrong decision, yes Mo is a black hole for the football, yes TAA had a stinker, yes Thiago and Ox needs time.
How the hell do you miss a defender saving a goalbound shot with his hand? One of the saints went through Millie studs raised and not even a foul given? OK i'm not the calmest head but where Mane wanted to get a pen (that probably wasn't) would have been given without a second glance in other games. At least he didn't foul the defender like Pogba
We did play with no inspiration whatsoever and nobody needs to give out presents, but do give the correct decisions where they are due!
Injury cant be the reason. Klopp must find a new way to score rather than put some cross after cross in the middle of ocean of titans. And playing hendo as cb when u have another 2 real cb can demotivated your own team. Think klopp, playing alot ball in behind sometimes can be good u know, just like tiki taka
Only 10 points, you seem to have hope again in these dark days. Happy for you my friend. United City and Villa all have played fewer games so the gap might not be 10pts but still good see the word "only"
Man utd cheated their way to a few league titles especially with the illegal fergie time. You cant be getting so many penalties without the referee being the 12th man
