VAR's decision was correct. Whether Mane's foul was on Fabianski or Ogbonna dosen't matter (unlike what that fat fuck commentator said). He was definitely wreckless, and if one argues Ogabonna's attempt to protect the ball was not possible in that situation I'd call BS cuz diving striker get penalties that way all the time. But amazing determination by Mane, even if it was a foul. Then amazing play by him to confuse the defense being offside without touching the ball to enable Jota to score... MOTM Mane... unmeasurable by stats, gets the job done.

These tight wins couldve gone the other way, West ham missed an easy chance when it was 1-1. I guess Liverpool will win the league again

2-1 FC is back baby! Jota scores once again after VAR has denied him. VAR is doing everything it can to stop us from winning the league. What a pass from big Shaq to Jota. He really can unlock a defence despite his shortcomings. Klopp should consider starting Jota over Firmino I love him but I think it's time for a change and we finally have an attacking player that can replace him.

Umm when jota entered the ring, he play as a winger rather than a striker. Someone between mane or salah will push upfront

It is the time to start Jota instead of firmino that would reduce load on salah and mane.

Gomez is not the saviour we thought hell even Nathaniel Phillips outshined him in this game. He's not very good in the air which scares me every time a cross or a corner comes in.

Yeah.. I mentioned quite lots of times.. Last year we r very solid when we have matip fit to partner with van dijk. Once matip injured n gomez replaced him, we rarely keep clean sheet. Gomez is another overrated english player. But goodjob to phillips.. Really deserved standing ovation what a game lad. Really commanding on every airball he challenged.. Even west ham realized that long ball to gomez area is better chance penetration than long ball to phillips at the end of the game..

I disagree last season he was solid with VVD and most of our clean sheets came under them, not Matip and VVD. However, I think Matip is the better defender out of the two of them especially when VVD isn't there. I hope Philips keeps doing what he did in this game. He completely owned Haller.

Yes phillips is good but only good against this kinda team or burnley. When it comes against a runner he will get stomped bcs hes kinda slow. Thats why klopp has 2 teenager cb, rhys and nat

That's true but most teams we face in the league use long balls against us so he'll be very good to play against them.
