The worst VAR decisions since VAR started.
The person in charge is either drunk or eVARton fans.
And that Pickford tackle on VVD is a clear red card if somebody is not blind.

The double-edged sword of VAR strikes again. We all wanted it but oh boy did we regret ever wanting this garbage of a technology. Good performance from the lads considering what we had at the back. Mo had a bad game but as always has something magical in him even if he's not playing well. Great game overall it's usually a borefest at Goodison in the derby. I hope to god VVD is fine and comes back in the UCL match on Wednesday. Matip was brilliant but Gomez still isn't at his best. Please Ali comeback soon and save me from a heart attack.

I don't see offside, you do... probably in the VAR team there were split opinions aswell.. if 2 people look at the same image one sees offside one dosen't; I think VAR should take in to consideration whether or not the player gained any sort of advantage from being "milimeters offside", that's all.

Last year they got all the VAR call for them, and the one time VAR went against them they play the victim card. Fecking pathetic if you ask me. Just take the draw and move on Scousers

To be honest the VAR has ruined the game! I think they are miss using the whole idea. The VAR should be only used for obvious decisions. Like Lampard's cancelled goal against Germany in World Cup 2010. But in these millimeter situations it's totally nonsense to use it. Also It would be really more interesting if each team has limited number of VAR checks like Hawk-Eye in Tennis game!

Are you talking about Christianson's red card? I was surprised the ref didn't send him off immediately anyone with an ounce football knowledge knew straight away it was a red card.

nono i mean last season. an offside by an arse

xumeey 6 years ago

Liverpool 0 1462

You mean the game where Mount's whole leg was over the offside line? If you wanted a close one you should've mentioned Netto's goal vs Wolves. That was the closest offside that went on our favour. We also had closer calls against us i.e. Firmino goal vs Aston Villa.

VAR was never meant to eliminate errors or bring justice to the game. Its just fooling the audience. Game is still manipulated and will continue to be, as long as money is in it

Footy_watch 6 years ago

Arsenal, Brazil 30 1978

Even if its still manipulated, its good that offside decisions get called correctly with VAR

Footy_watch 6 years ago

Arsenal, Brazil 30 1978

VAR just brushed aside a stonewall penalty for Arsenal before the second half whistle

Am i wrong in seeing that they draw mane offside from mane's elbow?

hannanhaziq 6 years ago

Liverpool, Malaysia 0 122

Emmm that is mane elbow.. Not armpit.. Or i am confuse with human body anatomy?

srk_rox 6 years ago

Liverpool 5 542

They changed the handball rule. You can use a half-arm. So, that is what went against us.

xumeey 6 years ago

Liverpool 0 1462

It's not from the armpit anymore it from below the elbow. Genius right.

EnglandFAisDumb 6 years ago

yup..maybe they use part timer to be their VAR pic. and that dude never ever know anything about football.

Footy_watch 6 years ago

Arsenal, Brazil 30 1978

This is like a defeat for Everton because they have the current best striker in the league against a damaged Liverpool defence. If they got the ball to DCL more they would've probably won

EvilDrPorkChop 6 years ago

Chelsea 0 66

No freaking way. How was that an offside is beyond me. It's bonkers they care more about offsides than fouls.

TheLamb 6 years ago

Worst VAR performance of all time.

Hopefully, Pickford gets the retrospective ban.. It was a horrible tackle to watch. Sorry for Van Dijk.
