I blame kepa for the draw match result. Soton's 2nd goal was his fault obviously, he could just kick the ball off the pitch. Glad to see chelsea offense for now, but we're going nowhere with this defense strategy.

It's beyond me how Kepa is still playing. Can't Lampard just play Cabalerro or took a chance on his youth GK instead? Surely the can't be worse than Kepa.

On another note, Timo Werner what a player. Strong, fast, skillful, great finishing, sublime pass on the buildup for Chelsea's 3rd. Definitely better than Jota, Chelsea should build the team around him.

Two amazing goals from timo and 1st EPL goal for havertz. When mendy and thiago silva back to starting line up we will be fine. Very promising 1st half but sloppy on 2nd half. COYB

I think it is about time we start questioning Lampard's defensive tactics.

As much as I hate to say it, I guess you're right. The 2nd goal was similar to the goal they conceded against Spurs, with long ball over defenders in 2nd half. Either the attackers were too tired to maintain the pressing or the defense line was too high, or maybe both. The 3rd goal was similar to the 3rd goal against West Brom, with defenders panicking in a set piece situation.

@EvilDrPorkChop I agree with you. The similarity between the defensive mishaps is become more common.

Poor Kepa, with bad defenders in front of him.

What? He had all the time in the world to kick that ball (for the second goal we conceded)

What the hell is wrong with Chelsea's defense? It seems to be worst whenever Christensen plays. Still don't know why Lampard chose him over Rudiger.
Our second half was garbage

A true roller coaster of emotion this match is. Unbelievable. I remember when Chelsea were still 2 goals up. Ah, good times.

I was taking a huge dump when Southampton scored their third. Did Kepa gave it away like the first two too?

Not really. It was from a set piece. He wouldn't save it even in his best days.
