Leicester City

The irony of a Chelsea fan calling Man City an* 'oil club'. Ambramovich gained his riches with the acquisition of sibneft, retard. The very riches that he then bought Chelsea with. 😂

Your club is the OG oil club.

@xumeey and your club are a 30 year premeir league virgins.

And your club is a 50-year league virgin so pipe down with the "you haven't won the league in 30 years".

Chelsea will finish 5th and Lamps will get sacked by week 20

Sigh, this kind of attitude that makes Chelsea fans, and consequently Chelsea, hated by others

at least we have won the champions league lol

You're arguing with a Liverpool supporter by saying "at least we've won the champions league"? Really?

Don't forget yaya toure, zabaleta and Joe Hart who are considered man city legends have left not long ago.

Yes, I agree on Yaya Toure and Zabaleta. I suppose the argument is that Yaya was out of the picture when guardiola won his two titles. These guys embraced the pressure of dragging Man City towards trophies. They've replaced them with talented players, but that squad is severely bereft of true leaders.

could not agree more. been very uncomfortable with how we have been recruiting since that initial class of recruits in the initial squad build after Guardiola arrived. I'll never understand why we didn't replace Kompany, or why we let Silva walk, or why we let Sane go. we looked aimless today - sterling cannot play striker. KDB making runs that fizzle out into a loose pass or getting nipped from behind cause Sterling cannot make the runs that make space along the back line. Fernandinho substitution cost us the game - Pep is losing his edge.

I agree but when did sterling take a penalty Lol? Bruyne was in charge of the penalty against Wolverhampton

If it was 0-0 or City were one up or down KDB would normally take it.

It's not PK, it's FK

Mahrez couldn't take it anyway due to him being a left-footed but KDB should've taken it but they probably gave up at that moment and wanted Sterling to sharpen his FK ability

spending half a billion next week

Pep wasn't in charge then.

^ I think he is talking about the 4-2 win at the king power where vardy scored a hat trick and Andy king scored the other. Peps first season

Yes, but it was 4-2 and Chelsea won it that year with Conte. @milanlamiavita Pep was in charge four years ago when Leicester trashed them home and away.

The guy says 'when they won the league'. I believe he's referring to when Leicester won the league and won at Man City. Pellegrini was in charge then.

Yes, but he's mistaken because 4 years ago Leicester didn't win the league and Pep was in charge of City and got heavily beaten by Leicester similar to this result.

...4 years ago Leicester did win the league, and four years ago Vardy scored three against us? It's all they talked about in the broadcast

Mahrez was earning well over 100k a week back in Leicester too. How is that not enough to " feed his family " ?

@Ngannou with that contract he got joining Manchester City he got a bank account that can make him retire in a year. Some people can't be resting on less if they can get more and which he did by joining City now he can buy his kids and grandkids mansions. Nothing can beat Vardy's Leicester loyalty tho. Vardy will retire in Leicester as long as he can keep playing. Rare to see now a days as players jump from one club to another. No love for the club, just money. Unless it was out of the player's control to make him leave the club which Mahrez was so stubborn to leave because he wanted to earn more money. He knew as soon as Leicester pulled a magical moment 2016 he was like yeah we can't duplicate that let me leave ASAP.

Well mahrez stayed 2 more years after 2016 fairy tale. Kante on the other hand jumped ship straight away

It's easier for local, from same country player to stay loyal but it's kinda stupid for foreign player since they already came from few other clubs before joining their current team. Also their main reason is earning as much as they can in EPL.

@Ngannou do you remember when Mahrez forced to stay for a full season due to his contract?

When did Arsenal concede 5 or more in the Premier League?

Manchester City 6–3 Arsenal
Manchester United 8–2 Arsenal
Manchester United 6-1 Arsenal
Liverpool 5-1 Arsenal
Chelsea 6-0 Arsenal

Pipe down ARSEnal fan

Shut up oil Money club and glory hunter rasist and stupid fans from Chelsea club

They have already spent close to half a billion on defenders. Who is to say whoever they buy next will be good.

At this point you would start to stop questioning the defenders but start wondering what the defending training regimes are ?
