Yeah. If Turkish League didn't have that freaking foreign limit, he would've been playing in Europe like 10 years ago. He is a complete striker. Showed it in 2013 Champions League also.
I hope Lille will win the league. Monaco is in a perfect form lately but they play Lyon next. Will be a difficult one.

What is the foreign limit?

Foreigner limit I mean. When some countries' FA decides that the clubs can not have more than let's say 10 foreigners in the squad and max 6 of them can start in the first XI. Because of this, top Turkish clubs always wanted to keep Burak and he never left the country. Except a season in China like 2 years ago.
He literally played for all the top rival teams. Fenerbahçe, Trabzonspor, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş...

@Emre Turkish league that time paid their players very well, it was really expensive to make him quit his country... I think he never felt quitiing Turkey, but if he wanted, he had the potential he scored 40 goals a season when he was young i think he could have reached another level being in a big squad but its alright, back from china i wondered what was Lille doing getting 35yo Burak, nice surprise really. good mentality
