No one is disrespecting Calhanoglu. But Milan as a whole have been getting better results again ever since Zlatan came back. It's not really so much about what he does on the pitch but more the impact he seems to have on the dressing room in general. He's not a world class striker anymore at his age but this team has really needed a leader figure for a long time now to rally around. That's the real reason he is important (well, that and all the marketing and publicity he provides for the club of course)

I don't understand why milan would give away piatek, and what exactly motivated him to go to berlin?

Ibra had upgraded Milan's game. Rebic is the motor of the team, and Çalhanoglu is just master of techniqe I always believed in these guys, and now when Ibra came I see that I was right.

I mean, its only a small period of time, but since Zlatan got back, Milan are getting better results. Consistency? Very interesting!

Rebic is versatile and full of energy. I think we should sign him permanently. Not lose him like Tiemoue

The comments from Suso post his move to Sevilla pretty much signifies everything that is wrong with spoilt modern footballers today. A really broken system. He has declared that he really wanted to move to Sevilla in the summer, but somehow couldn't. And that this was a 'thorn in his side'. Basically explains why he has been so utter shit all season. Why did Maldini keep this piece of shit at the club when he clearly wanted to leave? What is the point of keeping players who don't want to try and fight for the shirt? I feel disgusted because he has been been on the bench whilst these negotiations have been going on. If he really wanted to leave, they should've got rid. Even more annoying as starting him also slowed down Samu's development. Disgrace.

Zlatan brings views. Wether you like it or not but he will be on thumbnail. However, man of the match Ofcourse Calhanoglu. Although, I do think that even Hakan started to play better when your team has a leader like Zlatan. Legendary player and leader who gets a lot of respect from young players.

1. I know this is a highlights website. 2. I know you didn't watch the game. 3. I know you just concentrated on the goalscorer. That is all OK. But for the love of football, don't then go and make completely assumptive and sweeping statements like 'of course Calhanoglu'. He didn't start, he came on very late and his two goals - one took a massive deflection and the other, Sirigu should've saved. We are grateful he scored. Of course we are. But Bennacer, Rebic in particular and Kjaer were the reason we won. Kjaer made two massive blocks when we were already losing. It is so cringing to read assumptive crap.

I agree with everything HaXXspetten said except the implication that Zlatan is any kind of leader or a figure to rally around. The man invented an exaggerated persona to keep himself relevant and marketable for so long its genius.

Nice to see Milan doing well again!

Football like life isn't perfect. But the reality is that Zlatan scored vs Cagliari, should've definitely scored vs Brescia at the weekend (missed a sitter by his own high standards) and should've scored 2 yesterday (missed a sitter in normal time). So in a perfect world, we literally could be sat here with him having scored 4 in 3 games. You have to also remember that he still isn't fully match fit after some time off post finishing in the USA.

Rebic needs to get that starting left spot ASAP, benaccer cleared the midfield many times but also made many mistakes. Krunic is not on Milan level, MOTM Castillejo or Rebic.

This surely wasn't a game to lose! And although, in the 1st extra period, the goals could've fall in both teams' net, thus, the result could've ended up either way, luckily for us, things came around the right way in the 2nd. Hope this edition will close their mouths of those "big experts" who can't stop crapping about Kessie & Calhanoglu!
Aside the goal, Jack was like the invisible man on the pitch, Piatek was very bad, a match to forget for him, and the real players who gave up everything and kept the team running & MEN of the match, Benaccer & Castillejo! Rebic was also on a high level, but those two very the best!

If I were you, I'd pray that day will never come. But IT WILL. You've taken this shit too far. And then, you'll be crying like a little bitch grandpa. But in the mean time, if no one from this site reacts on your abuse to ppl, as I've learned you've been tormenting ppl, having deal no other way to deal with your pathetic life... It's a shame for this site. As I've said it many times before, unlike you, I don't even wanna ppl reading me writing to some piece of shit like you, unlike you, who enjoy it, having nothing else to do. So, I'll just ignore you, till we see each other.

I can't believe I'm saying this but Kjaer was our best defender 😂 Conti, Romagnoli and Theo were positionally woeful. A lot of mistakes but so much effort. So much desire. We tried and tried and tried and ultimately succeeded. Rebic, Samu and Bennacer must be drinking 50 red bulls a day! Just kept going!
