Had more shots, more shots on target and better chances, not to mention had a free kick overturned to the wrong team yet we are lucky to win. Hmmm.

Please don't let these referees officiate another game. The commentator was saying they might be considered for the WC and if that's the case then I won't even bother watching it.

Liverpool get a lot of "luck" comments. Luck is a part of the game. But the team is solid and consisestent - and that's the luck every club should be looking for.
Congrats to Liverpool.

The moment you win UEFA champions league you are basically the world champion. This tournament is just a circus to cash in. It used to be interesting a long time ago when South american and European club football was equal.

Interesting how LiVARpool fans are mad about decisions going against them... almost like that's what happens to every team when they face them lmao don't worry you'll have your best 12th man (VAR) back in no time

That VAR decision of doing nothing with the foul on Mane was absurd

That fact that he gave a drop ball to Flamengo proves the ref was clueless.

I think the problem was they only showed the referee the wide angle on the monitor, where you couldn't even see if he touched Mane at all. If they'd shown him the replays from the opposite angle then it would've been more obvious that there was in fact contact and that it should be a foul. Still outside the box mind you so it was never a penalty but at the very least a freekick on the edge of the box and arguably a red card too

Can't trust the morality of people from qatar! Money is always going to be the one that tells right from wrong!

the best in the world..amazing game..VAR drama..stupid refereeing.. Flamengo did surprise everyone with their discipline and compactness..brazillian do have flair when they touch the ball, so neat..

I am sorry to pick Ox. He is self-indulgent, looks like playing to himself. I used to be a big fan of his on-field and off-field attitudes. Anyway, at least he could be used in bits and pieces role, very necessary for rotation and giving much-needed rest to first-choice players

I dont like ox in this game..dunno why but he hardly release the ball in 5 sec..most of his move is to dribble and cut inside..lot of chances to pass wide for robbo and trent..I dont like to say this..but his injury did a bit of course in liverpool winning last night..adam really provide the flair of ball movement when he come on..a far better team player..press well, passibg well, move the ball well..his physique is the only downside for him

srk_rox 7 years ago

Yup, Adam Lallana is a much matured player.
As said, Ox isn't a liabiltiy. We can rotate him with other midfielders. Klopp's high tempo relies on rotation of players. That way, Ox can be used
