I'm happy Atalanta went thru but if I was a Shakhtar fan, I'd be fucking livid. Muriel should've been sent off for what was a clear yellow card foul, when already on a yellow. Add insult to injury, they then have a player sent off for what is not even a yellow card offence. VAR might be there to help referees but ultimately the bad decision is made by an incompetent human.

Inter 0 11
Life can be unfair sometimes. When Atalanta qualify with just 2 wins and 1 draw in last 3 games. Inter are failed with the exact same points.

Bravo Atalanta! Bravo guys! You’d shown your true capacity & even went further & beyond, by achieving something that no one hs ever done before – going into the 1/8 finals after loosing 1st 3 matches! These last performances were a display of just how good this team really is, just as it was crushing team like Everton, B.Dortmund, Lyon & others in Europa L. a couple of years ago.
But today, you’ve made entire Serie A & Italian football proud & proved that the league’s on the right path to become BEST again. Everyone expected Inter to do it, but I guess the “smaller” Neroazzuri were the ones! Way to go!
P.S. Let's not forget that they'd done it without 2 of their 3 deadliest players: Iličič & Zapata! Which isn’t a small thing! Imagine L’Pool yesterday without Mane & Salah

They were eliminated by Dortmund if you're referring to 2017-18. Against Lyon it was 1-0 and 1-1...crushing is a hyperbole here

How on earth did Muriel not get his second yellow even with VAR in action?
