This team has leader it is jorginho

you must be joking?

nah, its because of lampard strategy that cost chelsea' lost, its working great with kante, kova and jorginho playing together, its mason mount to blame and lampard never subbed him off

How on earth could you blame this on Kante? Btw, Lampard is gonna have a hard time if he keeps trusting Mount and Hudson-Odoi that much. I am not saying that Mount is a bad player but he is not in that level yet to be a regular starter or someone the team could reply on,,,he has much so much room to improve!

Im not blaming Kante. Im saying before his return the team had a nice flow, when he joined it got disrupted. Not because he is a bad player but because the team had better chemistry. When you get a player like him back ofc you have to play him, but to do so you change the team for him to fit in. Understand what I said. Im not blaming Kante for anything, he is a great player and very humble.

_Pelle, I've noticed that as well. Before Kante came back, we were playing 4231 with Kovacic and Jorginho in CDM, and we played very well. When Kante came back we switched to 433 with Kante, Jorginho, and Kovacic in the middle, and we didn't have same rhythm. 2 games later, we are back to 4231 and the rhythm is still elusive, and we are not playing in a convincing way anymore.
Kante is one of my favorite players, but there is no doubt that our style has changed since his return from injury.

Lampard wants to turn Mason Mount into playmaker he once was and honestly player that we need in the midfield. However, he sacrifices games by benching experienced players. Kante needs partnership in the midfield and backup when he goes forward. Kovacic provides that perfectly and when Mount wasn't offered much in attack, we should have brought Kovacic in to play 4-3-3. Lampard 's tactical mess up has cost us a game

Kante must play. PERIOD. THIS TEAM HAS TO PLAY KANTE! Unless, you want him to be gone to Madrid next year. It isn't a threat from the player but common sense when player of his caliber is being benched. It was purely tactical mistake. We could have pulled the game against struggling team, if substitutions were made correctly.

@Marcus2011 Dude calm down. Nobody said he shouldn't play. Everybody loves Kante and everybody wants to have him in their team. So don't come here with closed mind and expect people to open their minds and listen to what you are saying. This is a football discussion room, everybody's point is relevant. Besides, the likelihood of our discussions being implemented is very slim.

I'm sure you noticed that it's more because of his pure troll and toxicity that warranted the downvotes. That's why he got banned for a while according to someone, which might be true considering he hasn't been commenting on every match.

And how do we define "the last laugh" anyway? At the end of season, maybe

Another user i think footy watch predicted it, a few games back when they were winning every game. He got alot of hate and downvotes

The irony of a plastic fan of a plastic football club that is Yank owned called Chelsea Chelski*. Brilliant.

What are you talking about, Man Utd are the biggest club in England
