1. the ball touches a player's hand/arm immediately from their own head/body/foot or the head/body/foot of another player.
2. the ball touches a player's hand/arm close to their body and has not made their silhouette unnaturally bigger
3. a player is falling and the ball touches their hand/arm when it is between their body and the ground
4. additionally, should the goalkeeper attempt to clear a ball from a teammate but fails, the goalkeeper is allowed to handle the ball.
first the ball touch bernardo's hand & then bounce to trent's arm (rule number 1). so it's not a pen.
second "handball" is not given because trent's arm close to his body (rule number 2). so we got a clear win :)
Now again?! A coincidence?!
P.S. NOT just I'm NOT Man-C fan, I DESPISE THEM
Cheers City !
TAA: that I believe was a penalty
Fabinho:, how way arm is too close to the body and natural position to protect his body
Sterling: There was a clear push, but this is the BPL not La Liga woosies.
Hand Ball decision: first one yes, second one no.
Reason: Bernardo's handball in the first place is a foul, therefore play should be stopped... or advantage. Advantage was given. But then the ball hit TAA arm, which is another foul, so the advantage is cancelled and play should be stopped in favor of Liverpool (from Bernardo's handball). Thus, Fabinho goal should not be counted.
@dev ... glad you shared your lamp post comment. Like I said, no controversy about Dortmund's massive L to Bayern, right after Kovac got sacked too. Simply outclassed. Such a shame too, I'm always pulling for Dortmund. Sucks to suck!
