I thought from all our chances and hitting the post twice I thought it wasn't our day and thought the match would end at 1-0 for United the 4-0 really doesn't show what actually happened in the match it's not like United Dominated they just took their chances on counter attacks while defending good after their first goal. Season isn't over, many things were learned from this match. It's not like we are going to win the league with the youngsters we would be extremely lucky if we even come near top 4 with our condition this season. KTBFFH. Carefree.

I was looking at the CFC squad and was going WOW ....where are the big guns???? It seemed like the Wimbledon line up. Luis and Hazard gone. Also Lampard is not an apt candidate to manage such a big team yet. As for UTD , early days . Beating a depleted Chelsea at home is not really a big achievement yet.

Yeah, both teams are pretty average atm and we didn't play exceptional at all and the scoreline doesn't reflect our performance.
Chelsea's 1st PL game under Frank and this Chelsea squad is pretty average atm until they build up. No Hazard replacement will def hit them hard this season. I feel this season is going to be a year for Chelsea to just coast and not care about top 4 finish, just Europa league till they can start buying players and build again.

Top 6 performance.. Stil not in the league of city and liverpool.. Infact massive gap w.r t class.. Utd lack the conviction in their game.. They still dont seem assured of themselves..still a few undesirables in the team.. Stil need to get rid of em.. 4-0 against a depleted chelsea side, with no eden, willian, luiz and a new manager is no big deal

Rashford Lingaard Martial Lindelof Shaw McTominay D James Pereira. Man United has tons of young talent and players about to enter their prime. Add to that a Pogba whos actually just 26. Media talks about them as if its a lost case. But I get the impression that for this young team and its potential the sky is the limit.

Wow what a result! since i became a united fan never thought i'd see the day where we beat chelsea 4-0. the score doesn't reflect the whole match though, chelsea hit the post twice, while we took all our chances. there are certain players to blame for chelsea's poor defending, but you should give lampard some time, like we did for ole last season.

What do you propose? Bench Dave? I thought 3rd goal was equally fault of Christensen, but overall we can also blame our striker now finishing their chances. Abraham has an excellent chance and his immaturity showed there because seasoned striker would have made few more steps and put it low with accurate shot.
