Barcelona-Huesca 8-2

U know that Barcelona won the leauge in like March or April of last year. While the Premier league was decided in the 2nd half of the final matchday. How does LA LIGA put more fight then this? Mate what are you on. Plus this is the first matchday with only 4 teams that played. Arsenal, Spurs, United, Chelsea, Everton, and Leicester look to challenge for Europe aswell with spurs looking to challenge for the prem!

Last year was an exception!
2018 premier league ended in March , city was 20 points ahead of the second.

Like MU didn't beat Arsenal 8-2.

la liga? :D you mean the league where there are just 2 clubs past 15 years, and it's won already in like half a season?

Why do we even have to compare leagues. Just watch the one you like.

@toutou Tell me a leicester story in la liga. Oh wait.......

quikzyyy , yes correct , 2 clubs trashing every team on their way , just like in EPL , liverpool and City trash underdogs like arsenal

@LiverpoolKlopp

Deportivo la curuna have won the league title once, in the 1999–2000 season, and finished as runner-up on five occasions. The club have also won the Spanish Cup twice and the club has been a regular participant in European competitions, playing in the UEFA Champions League five seasons in a row, reaching the quarterfinals twice and reaching the semi-finals in 2003–04. There you have your La liga "Leicester"

On the other hand. That fact that Leicester manged to win PL says more about the top 6 teams in PL than Leicester. Its kinda embarissing. In La liga "only" 3 teams have to a bad season in order for a lower ranked team to win it. But in PL it's 6 teams! Thats just.. Very poor

Ok Deportive may have won the league 19 years ago. BUT THEY WERE CONSISTANTLY A TOP HALF SIDE THAT DECADE. Infact 5 seasons prior they finished 2nd, and a few seasons later 4th and then third. Which league had a newly promited side, struggle to avoid relegation and win the next season.

As I already pointed out. What Leicester did shows how poor the top 6 teams are not how competetive the leauge can be. It's embarissing that 6 top teams all can have a bad season.

Not funny.

Did you cycle around the stadium?

He did get a hattrick, no? Not so overrated imo.

I wouldnt say he is much better. They are good at different things. Sterling is better finisher, faster with ball and right footed. Mahrez has a better first touch, passer and is left footed. In total they are both technically very skilled.

Mahrez is RM and Sterling is RW ahead of him, so sterling is more likely to score and mahrez to assist.
Football is not just about goals, you score more doesn't mean necessarily to be MOTM, 2 from 3 goals if sterling are assists from Mahrez.
Mahrez was involved in 4 goals, and he got the pen
Definitely MOTM

@toutou they dont play on the same side how can you say both are R. Sterling been playing L so that he can run into the pitch with preferred foot setup for a shot.
