@kingpcm. Absolutely correct. Coutinho is no left winger. For him to truly flourish, he has to play centrally. But that isn't really an opinion at Barcelona given how Messi is deployed.

He plays best in midfield not on the wing.

Wow so many clueless expert here, it doesnt matter the formation is 433 or 442 or 4231, if Messi play RW or RM or CF its only on paper, Messi play mostly as Flase 9 or CAM and switch position with Suarez most of the time, when his opponent defending Messi play exaclty at midfield and he dribble, hold the ball, and make long shots, he do almost everything Coutinho love to do, and also he takes free kick, something Coutinho also love to do.
