Yes

There's 2 sane on the pitch dummy

If you can't do it properly you shouldnt be playing for each of this teams in my opinion.

Not every club is as rich and has the luxury to pick and choose which type of player they prefer, sometimes you have to work with what you have and adapt to something different until you perfect it.

They are profesionals for a reason. If they can't do it properly they souldnt be playing for each of this teams period!

also with losses to Palace and Newcastle. Something is up. AKA their defense is still kinda shite, Otamendi is a horror show. So if an opponent is successful in their defensive schemes against a heavy possession City, they can get something off City from their defense or free kick defense.

Both of you are either stupid idiots or you just started following football recently, or you are a stereotypical american hahaha

You know its hard for an attacking team to score goals when the other team is simply parking the bus. Unlike your team, they didn't parked the bus that's why you lose with that big margin

bs. Schalke played defensive but they didn't park the bus. Get your definitions straight.

Chelsea played away shclake played home make sense now?

It is not the team but the players, whenever they hear the champions league they automatically tremble with fear.

Look at all this buthurt dislikes. haha Guardiola himself after the match that City isn't ready for later stages... brooo this club has spent billion pounds to do just that and still not ready??

And here I thought you are one of FR relevant users. Guess you gone cuckoo after that 6-0 thrashing

Not at all. However, i rather loose 6-0 to City than to be CL reigning champions and loose to Girona at home ground or getting arse handed by CSKA.

lol keep crying chicken

I'm not crying, dude. Just saying I think clubs who have built themselves on sketchy money and are literally owned by another COUNTRY are kinda reprehensible.

Grilled chicken

Lol more than half the premier league teams are owned by people from other countries... Standard racist xenophobic american hahaha

Butter chicken

@BURNLEYTID, that's a pretty useless argument that people float to avoid actually having a discussion about club ownership. It's not xenophobia to be a little wary about, for instance, a nation with one of the worst human rights records in the world potentially owning Manchester united. That's fucked

I mean... other than the penalties they didn't really give them much trouble

Maybe you dont know they are 14th place in bundesliga

I do haha but come on!! twenty minutes with an extra man, at home, up a goal..and you still concede 2

I mean I knew there wasn't much of a chance but the conditions could not have been better

They are by far the worst team in the Ro16 on paper. They're in the bottom half of the Bundesliga this season too. The only reason they got this far is because they were in by far the weakest CL group where they finished 2nd. The fact that a team like Schalke got into the knockout rounds yet a team like Napoli for example had to settle for 3rd in their group says quite a bit about bracket luck lol

Yeah I totally agree!

But on the basis that a trash team can effectively park the bus against better opposition (as we see in the WC) I was thinking there might be a tiny chance

All the big decisions were correct. They also made it a more entertaining game

Yeah.. Even Morata first goal also should've been allowed. And ATM 1st allowed goal is the one who should be canceled. But I love this referee giving fernandinho the yellow and Otamendi the 2nd yellow without hesitation with both good call.
