good rotation by Valverde, Alena is so promising but can't say same about Coutinho, he keeps ball too long and loses it eventually. Vidal bossed the midfield

I really hope coutinho leaves this summer. He keeps taking a spot in the starting 11 over other players who can offer more just because of his price tag. He scores one goal and he thinks it justifies his bad performances for the past season and goes with attitude at the fans. No doubt he's a great player, but he just couldn't play the Barca way, holds the ball too long, never makes through ball passes and losing the ball too many times. With the new players coming next season there is just no room for him and rightly so.

Alena is really promising. 3 more points and we win the title! (I think). then after that I hope valverde plays youngsters throughout the remaining games. I want the team to focus on Champions league big time.

Hahaha, Messi's presence is enough to unbalance an opponent, doesn't need to score, just keep the score. Plus, he created 3 chances which would shut you up big time if they were on target.

Don't know why you are getting downvoted, you are correct he couldn't adapt the barca sytle. Malcom needs to get more time instead of Coutinho imo.

Wasnt it better to bring malcom in instead of messi or alba? It wasnt a very important game. Poor guy plays well everytime he is plays

The first match where Messi didnot come on the pitch as a saviour. A little more patience and after summer, we'll have a team which manages successful rotation.

He could of not played, just rest him

Cizbiz 7 years ago

We're talking about Messi, he himself wouldn't rest even if the score were 10-0.

he'll rest fully on weekend.

Leo was off tonight and should not have come on maybe... Malcom should either leave/wait for someone to get injured/pick up another sport to get game time.
Loved Alena and Roberto, especially in the 2nd half!
Coutinho is one hell of a midfielder plying his trade at LW, for Valverde reasons.
Suarez should have been rested.

I was waiting for MALCOM , TOO . He didn't get the credit he deserves, Alena finally got game time thank god.

you right man. when i said coutinho doesnt fit in this team after his goal vs man u many people insult me. but is the truth, he is disconnected...

Almost good rotation. He didn't need to bring Messi in when it was already 2-0. That was pointless. I hope he rests him on the weekend as well. Depending on Atletico's game vs Valencia, Barcelona might win the league or needs a max of 3 points to win the league and they should not force it this weekend with Liverpool coming up midweek next week.
