Sir_Frank, I imagine a main reason is to have better corporate offerings. The suites, executive seating, and other premium amenities geared towards businesspeople (not rowdy fans), will make a massive increase in matchday revenue. Spurs' new stadium takes it to a whole new level with microbreweries, "tunnel club", a cheese room and so on. All the corporate stuff really hurts the atmosphere, because those attendees are tryna close business deals not sing football songs. That bums me out, but if it massively improves club revenue, I support it.
