Henry needs to start lower and build up. Look at Lampard and Gerrard (Rangers aren't exactly small, but still). They are both building up and learning. Lampard has been doing great, beating United and almost Chelsea in the F.A cup. Once he proves he can handle players at lower leagues and promote them and build himself up, he'll be targeted by big clubs. Zidane started with Madrid B and built up too. Neville is just like Henry, they can understand the game insanely well (pundits) but both went to manage fairly big teams and both flopped hard. Managing a team isn't just tactics, it's how to manage players and emotions and create a family within a club. Henry isn't ready and this was a huge mistake to start at this level.
