Seeing Joe Hart on the bench gave me the chills due to the fact that he's back in Manchester City.

Mahrez looks a bit out of place in this city team.

what are you talking about???? He just got there, and there are basically no other first teamers for City right now. He's playing with a bunch of youth players. When he gets KDB, both Silvas, Sterling, Sané, Agüero, and Jesus around him, he'll be fine.

Really, from what I saw he looked very promising, considering he was playing with a bunch of teenagers and Pep wasn't using his normal tactics. Wait till he plays with the real team to judge him.

What's the point of signing Mahrez if he's not his own man? Even a POTATO would be fine too with that many star players around LOL

An offside and a PEN equates to Liverpool being top class? Yeah this years title win is going to be piss easy for us

Dude, Liverpool totally dominate the second half, too bad that the goals was like that but the pressure of Liverpool and the chance they create were there, if was because effort Liverpool deserve to win.

and this year's champions league is going to be piss easy for city..... because you will get knocked out early like last year

Quarter Final knocked out by the team who made it to the final is not "early" at all. Sure, they were poor in their defeat to Liverpool last season, but they had a lot to show for their season besides the CL and Liverpool ended the season with nothing.

Salah was offside for Liverpool's first goal. It should have been disallowed

He will probably. This is what preseason is for... to calibrate yourself :)

Good game from Salah, and Mane. Karius looked quite confident, Sturridge needs a little bit more confidence, But other than that good game, though it doesn't even matter its against City's youth side. On to the next!

With respect to Karius, the position he was in, there was no lower he could go in my eyes haha.
Not too sure whether to take anything from a solitary game. Hopefully he stays as a number two.
Besides that, another game vs City another win. Standard :)

I completely agree. But I sure hope Karius gets some confidence.
