Haha that is soo true. The only positive from the 2nd half is that, Keita is solid, and Karius proves why we had to sign Alisson. Joe Gomez looked solid but Moreno, just deadwood in the team.

Lol. Comparing Transfer prices of the past to now. Instead of shit posting on Liverpool's team comments worry about your own. Quit acting like, since Juventus signed Ronaldo, we are going to be the best in the world. Season hasn't started yet son.

Replace Karius with a cone and save 100k/week. Dude is 100% lean garbaggio.

Everyone noted , Karius is a joke , 75 max raiting should have in FIFA, concussion GK, he doesn't deserves number 1

I'm pretty sure any professional goalie would've had a better outing in the champions league final. I think a 75 is way generous

Keita and fabinho are overrated and overpriced. Imagine Madrid buying modric and kroos for 25m max while Liverpool spend 100 million on 2 inexperienced and relatively unknown central mids. Total madness

Ronaldo has dybala higuain msndzukic costa pjanić khedira msrchisio sandro etc. He'll easily dominate the league.

You know hes only 22 right? If you watched the game I don't think you would say that. Even the commentators said he had played well on the american broadcast. He pressed pretty well until the end IMO.

@sergiomama you had most of your starting 11 playing; Fabinho, Loris Karius, Virgil van Dijk, Adam Lallana, Divock Origi, James Milner, Lazar Markovic Daniel Sturridge and none of them couldn't do anything to win.

Starting 11 were subbed out at beginning of 2nd half.. except for Karius. That made Liverpool vulnerable in defense. Your point is only relevant to the degree that Liverpool actually won't be starting players from 2nd half lineup against anyone other than in friendlies and when regular players are injured...

Performance affirming my conclusions.
Lots of deadwood in the team and a lack of end product. Decent transfers in, now need to get some out.
Need a new CB desperately, what with Matip and Klavan being championship tier.
Can't wait till our big men return and display the real LFC. YNWA.

this Klavan guy.. who the fook is this guy? Virgil is the only center back with class.

sergiomama 8 years ago

Virgil is world class cb he is the one who raised lovren's performance level you don't know what you talking about.

LiverpoolKlopp 8 years ago

Liverpool FC, England 0 459

Ur talking bout Holland not making into the world cup, when the greatest defensive team in the planet, failed to even qualifiy aswell. What happened to the greats Chiellini, Bazargli, Bonucci then?

sandrito 8 years ago

Juventus, Italy 1 548

@Sergio didn't know Virgil played for Croatia and got them to the wc final??? @Liverpool klopp Italy team is past its best. All those players u mention are over 30 and their young generation is mediocre

Gooey_Lagoon 8 years ago

Borussia M'gladbach 0 160

@sandrito
Lovren is mediocre at best. And the funny thing is that he made a comment during Croatia's incredible world cup run about how he's one best center backs in the world. And to that, everybody collectively rolled their eyes. He was too busy living in Vida's shadow throughout the tourney.

De gea, oblak, neuer, courtois, lloris, ter stegen. Thats 6 better keepers than alison. Stop joking around Liverpool fans. You guys didn't even know who Alison was just over a year ago. Guy has 1 decent season and he's top 5? Seriously

Neuer? Last season he was at home watching Bayern play in the Champions league, and he played Left Wing for Germany against South Korea. Sure he is the greatest keeper right now, but last season, Alisson was surely in the top 10. I can see your arguement, all this money on one player is alot. But like Van Dijk, Alisson will bring alot of needed skill in his position.

Overrated? All those goalkeepers I mentioned have been consistent and proven for a minimum of 5 years while nobody knew Alison before last season.
