I remember when Bale was offered to play with England but he refused to play with his country, Wales. Much respect Bale but let's be real here; you have more chance to go further in England compared to Wales.

@the_bald_genius what are you talking about lol. I'm saying he has more chance to go further in his international career playing with England compared to Wales. He would help England go further with him playing forward along with Kane, Lingard, Vardy.

yes, but wales reach the semifinal in euro compared to england. I don't think he would get as much free role in england squad either.

It's always been thus and will always be thus. Europhiles can't face that their soccer or football or futbol is inferior. Nobody can accept that about their heroes and part of their national pride. But history doesn't lie. The World Cup is designed to favor European teams, with their 3:1 inclusion, yet they have no significant separation in World Cups -- only two historically good teams in Germany and Italy -- and the eye test tells you everything. FIFA will never allow 9 South American teams -- giving us as many as Africa and Asia (what a disgrace) -- because then the Cup would remain in South America for generations, which means less money for FIFA.

It's always been thus and always be thus. Europhiles don't know shit about this game, and they're biased, but anyone who knows the game knows that South America is superior. It's not even close.

Are you serious? Sure S.A. has some brilliant squads, but it comes down to sheer quantity, because European countries have way more world-class players than S.A. Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy (questionable), England (also questionable) combined > Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile combined. Not to mention quality of leagues but that's a slightly different topic.
