Red card is great example of that rule for denying a clear goal-scoring opportunity. He knows that he's outside of the box and decks him before he can get away and take a shot. No other defender around, only two bayern players. Textbook. After that game was over. Besiktas did a good job in the first half but in the second they ran out of steam from being down to 10 for the whole match and the defending got very slack. No disgrace but Vida should have let Lewandowski take his shot, try to close him down but stay on his feet and let the keeper handle it.
well yeah despite the red card we were pretty good in the first half but robben's entering the game was pretty bad for us :( i wish we hadn't been given that red card. thanks btw.
Munich plays quite interesting football with long passes and mid-ranged shots unlike the team under Guardiola which passed the ball over and over again for 90 minutes. Heynckes is definitely more brilliant than Guardiola. I think all Munich should do is to find a new manager who can play this kind of strategy after Heynckes retires.

I think not really. it was a goal-scoring opportunity, so red card is the right decision by the book. But yes, the match would've been more interesting without the red card.
Keep your heads up Beşiktaş. I am proud of you no matter what.

great game by bayern. Besoktas played pretty good before the red card.
