I listened to the game on Rai radio, so I may be little off here. Have to say I was pleased with our line up, not so much the performance but France are among the best.
Mandragora gave a penalty away on his debut, but only room for improvement for him. I didn't like what I heard about Pellegrini and Berardi, they seemed very poor today. Sad to say Berardi should already have 15-20 caps, but just received his first.
Balotelli and Mancini will be interesting partnership, as was the case at City.
Chiesa and Balotelli were the only bright spots for me today, mainly Chiesa. Kid is wicked. Did not expect to beat France especially with our line up, but this is a starting point with NEW PLAYERS at last. Mancini needs to do a better job at incorporating substitutions more in friendlies.

Inguardabile. We need to just take time out from international football, because we're just embarrassing ourselves with laughing stocks like D'Ambrosio, Pellegrini, Mandragora, De Sciglio and that waste of space in attack. Just a laughing stock.

I feel your pain..Never have been a fan of D'Ambrosio since his attitude at Torino awhile back. But Pellegrini and Mandragora are young. They need time to gel and grow. Better to have this result with youth than the same result with the likes of De Rossi, Marchisio Chiellini etc. We have a good youth pool, just will take time. Not saying we will win anything, but way to early to say one way or another.
