South american qualifiers are the most difficult bar none. Try to qualify from a group that has Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay and Paraguay versus a group with Montenegro, Romania, Kazakhstan and Armenia.
I'll take those chances rather than having to go away to just about every country in that group. Even if you go to Bolivia, the game can be difficult given their altitude. I'm sorry, but there is just no way you can validly argue the difficulty of the qualifiers in South America than Europe.
