One of the worst performances in years... we really need to change.. all we do is pass pass pass pass, cross, clearance, pass pass pass pass pass cross, clearance... this is fucking monotonous to watch, Jesus.. How about we just give the ball away and play in counter attack? Accuracy matters the most nowadays, not shitty ball possession, hell with that BS.

We also lost 3 key players but our attack remains exact same basically.. all Basel goals were shitty anyway but that's besides the point, we lost and Basel had merit anyway.. Our defense blew the game so bad

Time to rise once again..

Regardless you agree or not they were shitty in my view but I'm not saying Basel didn't have merit, they did, I wanted it to be more than 5-0, some teams need to get smashed hard to wise up, but as a Milan fan you probably know what I'm talking about, goals that could easily be avoided :), you're just the kind to keep that logic until it happens with your team.. or you'll never admit it anyway. whatever

Yes they were shitty goals as in... we just played childish too but first goal is lucky, the ball bounced to Lang who was alone, 2nd goal came from a counter attack we could have easily avoided tbh, 3rd is a penalty, 4th goal is a bad pass to the back from Pizzi, 5th goal is luck like the 1st one..

They were shitty goals, I can totally accept them , I said it myself, it's far from sour grapes, not the kind to get sore over a game.. I'm just saying it as it is.

I've always given been forthright as to our shortcomings, no matter how the opposition score their goals. When a team reaches the pinnacle, it is only right that credit is given in a balanced manner. But I suppose given the fact that Benfica haven't in our lifetime, the resentment is understandable. Taking away credit by saying 5 goals....5 were 'shitty', is sour grapes. Had the game finished 1-0, I would understand. Looking through the highlights, Basel scored all types of goals. There are precise through balls, precise finishing and not to mention pressing the opposition into making mistakes. If we all had your mindset, you could basically put every single goal down to defensive mistakes or the losing team being poor. But I'm afraid that doesn't quite cut it when you concede 5 goals.
