The Curse of Real Madrid.
They sold their soul to buy the Refs for the 2nd CL title in a row.
If you remember against Bayern. The Vidal sent off for nothing.

Last summer Ronaldo was in every Newspaper with holiday pictures like a party celeb.
Now he is sooooo faaaar away from Messi.
Even last year Messi should get the Ballon d Or, because he was the better individual compared to Ronaldo.
But they gave the title to Ronaldo because of the titles with Real MADrid.
Anyway, Messi will have at least 3 of this Ballon d Or's MORE than Ronaldo when he stops playn the most popular Sport of all time.

No idea. There maybe more pressure to play better and RM are RM in the end. They can turn up when they need to. I hope the game is amazing.

I bet Zidane's sad he let James go...out of the sinking ship of Madrid into the rising balloon of success at Bayern!!

But 3 CL in quick succession for RM, then half a season into downfall for one player? It's meaningless. Players may thrive under different managers/styles/leagues/teams better.
