I will still say the same! the best possible formation for us is the 4-2-3-1. We can´t play 4-3-3 as we don´t have real winger to play in that formation! Clearly, Montella has to see that!

Totally agree with this. I mean, a defensive line built with RR, Romagnoli, Bonucci and Conti; Kessie and Biglia in midfield; Jack on the left wing, Hakan as our #10 and Suso on the right wing and, finally, André Silva up top. How that's not on Montella's playbook is beyond me but, then again, he's the professional coach and we're just fans.

Sure, he knows more and is a professional coach in fotball. But when u see that we have the players to play 4-2-3-1 to it´s peak, why not give it a try? hakan as CAM can be our very own Ozil/Ineista type og player. Creating assists and long range shots. Not mentioning that suso and bona play much better out wide! Still, I do agree with you :)

Very mediocre game by Milan. It was to be expected, though. Montella has lots of work ahead of him. A big congratulation to Craiova for putting up such a fight.
