Dembele who? so overrated. Dortmund is still good. Dembele will be benched once Neymar goes back to Barca at the end of january.

I thought Jadon Sancho was promised first team football? Is he ever gonna be at the bench at least?

Jadon Sancho is still waiting for clearance to play at BvB. It is understood the delay has to do with his age and Fifa's requirement to check cross-border moves of minors. Sancho took the #7 jersey so he's definitely going to play first team football at BvB; plus Peter Bosz is the coach to play under if you're a promising (talented) youth player such as Sancho or Pulisic.

What a performence from BVB a lot of confidence but still a lot of space in defence I hope they'll be better against Real Madrid

Absolutely shocking game by Gladbach. Our entire squad seemed to have low energy, sketchy pressing that led to nothing but a Dortmund player cutting behind, and barely any attacking football. Hazard was by far the biggest protagonist for us in this game, he did all the running, all the skill to get by defenders, and a few powerful shots that really tested Burki.

There is something seriously wrong with this club. We have close to TEN players out of 29 players out injured, a few crucial first team players. We tried to fill the defensive void left after Christensen was sent by to Chelsea with Ginter, but obviously 6-1 is enough to tell you otherwise. What about attacking? We sign Raul Bobadilla. This should be a big wake up call for Gladbach staff and players...

I am with you man. What really pisses me off is Gladbach had a chance to sign Youri Tielemans after Xhaka's departure. Yet we went a different direction and re-signed Kramer. Dahoud completely outclassed the Gladbach midfield, especially Kramer (as well as Weigl who just got back from injury and didn't lose possession of the ball throughout the game).

Agreed, Thorgan was the only bright spot. And I do like the young frenchman, Cuisance who came on as a sub. He has good vision. Hecking sure play him more. I do not like Kramer, Vestergaard, or Bobadilla signings. Also can Hecking give Oxford playing time instead of letting him rot on the bench. Ginter and Vestergaard were terrible, poor communication and positioning on set pieces.
