I knew the comments on here would just be about the first goal. Yes it was offside but there was bad officiating all night for both teams. When Llorente is put through at 01:32 of this video he is onside but is wrongly called off. Spurs were denied 2 clear penalties and didnt receive them either. However shoddy officiating didnt lose Swansea that game. They should be more focused on the fact that they only managed to have one decent shot on target all game and they were the home team! The better team won, end of.

Davinson Sanchez was very lucky to escape being sent off.
Wanyama's return is huge for Tottenham. He was one of the signings of the season last year, for me. We all knew he'd provide steel in midfield, but he managed to improve his discipline, and some of his forward, outside of the boot passes toward the end of last season were very encouraging. His return strengthens midfield and CB, since it frees up Eric Dier a bit.

Give them a break mate! It was pouring and foggy so the refs had a difficult time with their vision.

Attitude of being lenient with criticism on referees is exactly why it took so long for goal technology to be implemented. The level of idiocy of not implementing offside technologies or replays for overall main decisions throughout the match is beyond believe. Therefore, we should be encouraged to continue to bash these referees until old corrupt bastards in football governing bodies realize that is time to use damn technologies in 21 century. We are the consumers of this entertainment and we demand it to be fair sport.
