Aha, Mangala and Nasri back on team

This is a friendly but Man City are this years EPL dark horse. Didnt lose anyone during the offseason.. Less pressure on the likes of Pep this season. Key players back and healthy, I think they'll challenge for the title if not win it this season.

Spend more than anyone else in Europe (that includes AC Milan) on new players: "this years EPL dark horse".... LMFAO

Arsenal 0 523

Nobody is really talking to them about being contendors of EPL or UCL because of their half a** run last year is my point. Being the highest spending club doesnt make you a title contender

Way to easy for Man City. They could have won by a bigger margin if they wanted. No point for playing friendlies if you don't take them seriously to prepare the season. Quite unprofessional from Real Madrid

I don't think Madrid played the game without serious. Considering how reputation is at stake here, and how competitive this tournament has been, I believe they played to their best. They were just bested by Man City.

Is it me or everyone thinks that casemiro improved shooting, passing and heading under zidane from last season? I won't be surprised if zidane turn him into pure striker.. zidane is the best coach in history, although my all time favorite is jupp heyneckes..

He is 25. He is and should be improving.

I agree with u on how drastically Casemiro improved, not just sure of the striker thing lol

Yep zidane wants to get rid of benzema and I think casemiro will be a good replacement. Remember his world class goal in the UCL final vs juvé

Well done to city they had a weak defence and all the money Guardiola spent on full backs and goalkeeper was worth it with a solid defence their attack is dangerous and they are definetly going to finish top 2 if not they are going to win the PL this new season.

As Ancelloti said "Premier League teams will be more ruthless this year in Champions League". Well that's the statement City have made today. Madrid had few chances but they didn't take it.

YOU aren't back to back UCL champs Madrid are. Are you part of the Madrid squad to be saying " we " ???

@Tinofreshtart, Really? 2 goals came before the youngsters were introduced, and 2 after.
But yea this is a friendly pre-season:)

If it was champions league, city players would't come even near the goal ;D

who knows, maybe City would perform like they did when beating Barca

TeamMessi 9 years ago

Barcelona 1 385

@PrincessBosnia that game wasn't important for Barca :)

PrincessBosnia 9 years ago

Manchester City, Bosnia-Herzegovina 0 215

^ lol, I'm pretty sure it wasn't. Of course if they won, it would be a different story. This "wasn't important game" is funny... A bit disrespecting Barca, a great time like them, I'd imagine they still wanted to play professionally. Well at the end of the day it was a legitimate Champions League game and they lost. But whatever its in the past now ^_^

How could it change to differnt history, when Barca was first in the group either win or lose?!
