This is why Sturridge needs to get sold or just come off the bench. Lazy, weak on the ball, lack of intensity, and more. He's been given chances and hasn't produced. Every game he's played in we haven't looked strong in this season. Great off the bench player in my opinion.

could have easily been 3-0 or 4-0 ....

Sturridge showing Lallana where the goal is.

All in all a very disappointing game from Liverpool. The defense mad another too many mistakes and the offense were another time completly overwhelmed. Everytime Sturridge got the ball, he couldn't anything with. Always fell on the ground, gesticulating in the direction of the referee. Ridiculous man, just use your damn body. Still, very good game by Southampton! Their defense were really impressive

liverpool need to reinforce their defence, you can not win matches with only good attack...........

68% possession and still managed fewer shots than saints. Deserved to lose this game with those stats, but Pool will go through anyways after next game!

Soton should have killed the game. This may cost them in 2nd leg.

it was not easy that why we lose

Saints didn't do enough. I recon a 4-0 trash in at anfield

SEE YA 2ND LEG

henderson means so much to us

when you having players peak too early in the season it can be very bad

you know there's a 2nd leg guys right..

Klop the flopp

I think we'll be 5th or 6th by april ... peace

Liverpool will fall like leicester

Exactly what man utd were like at the start of the season...
